Their bagels are made from scratch each day, and boiled before baking in the authentic New York style. The bagels are inexpensive, delicious, and always oven-hot.I have now lived in the Charlottesville area for 12 years, and I won't eat a bagel from anywhere else. When friends come to visit, I always take them to Bodo's. I even buy Bodo's to take with me when I visit friends out of town!
